The Bouillon gourmet walk

On Sunday 21 September 2025, it's the traditional Gourmet Walk of Bouillon
The planned walk will cover a distance of about 10 kilometers and includes seven gourmet stops. From 10.00 am we will welcome you at the entrance of the castle, near the shop (opposite the ticket office). A breakfast will be waiting for you in the Godefroid room before you leave.
The start of the walk is between 10.15 and 11.00 am. During the walk you will discover the beautiful views of Bouillon and its surroundings. At the start we will give you a program for the day. On the menu of this gourmet walk, you will find products of our local craftsmen.
The arrival is at the castle, at 05.00 pm, where you can attend the falconry show in the courtyard.

Here are some rules for a successful walk:

Dogs are not allowed in the castle for breakfast and dessert. They could disrupt the falconry show, leading to potential risks of injury for the falconer, participants, and animals.
Upon your arrival at the Bouillon Castle, the starting point of this gourmet walk, please make sure to present your reservation, either in paper format or electronic version (smartphone), to the reception staff and mention your name and surname.
