The Odyssey of Light, an unforgettable journey through Bouillon, in images and light, from April 2nd to November 11th

This event highlights the trout, the flagship fish of our rivers. Throughout the month of April, the restaurants in Bouillon and its villages invite you to savor their trout prepared in various ways, such as trout with butter, meunière, almonds, Ardennes style, or with mushrooms.

On Easter Monday, several Easter egg throws will take place within the Bouillon Castle, in the Cour d'Honneur.

The entrance fee to the castle (Bouillon City Pass) will allow children to collect the eggs. They will also have the opportunity to attend the falconry show.

During the Spring holidays, at the beginning of May, accompanied by a guide dressed in medieval attire, come and discover the Bouillon Castle illuminated by torchlight!

The "no-kill" fly fishing contest takes place at the end of April in Bouillon, at the "Maison du Pêcheur" (Fisherman's House). There will also be entertainment and tastings of dishes made from trout. For more information and registrations, contact 0473/71.01.29.

The walking club "Les Sabots de Godefroy," affiliated with the "Fédération Francophone Belge de Marches Populaires" (FFBMP), organizes its traditional "Marche des Raids & Crêtes" (Raid & Crests Walk) every 1st of May, starting from the Morsehan estate.

On Saturday, September 2nd, the second edition of the "Trail Godefroy" will take place in Bouillon and its region. This trail is part of the "Runners' Lab Trailrunseries." Participants can choose from 4 different courses (11/18/28/50km) along the Semois River. Registration is only possible online. This event is organized by "Sport Events".

The Croisés mountain bike club organizes its annual hike with several distances and difficulties on the program. Come and discover all the richness of the forest landscapes of Bouillon and its surroundings. If the height difference doesn't scare you, register without further delay to take on the challenge. 

Founded in 1989, the Godefroy de Bouillon Beer Brotherhood takes its name from a beer called "Godefroy." Its missions are to promote the history and richness of the Bouillon region, showcase local folklore and products, and foster friendships. The Brotherhood holds its annual chapter in Bouillon during the month of June.

In July and August, during the school holidays, accompanied by a guide dressed in medieval attire, come and visit the Bouillon Castle illuminated by torchlight!

For five days, our fairground friends will set up their rides in Bouillon for the traditional fair! The rides will open on Friday, June 30th, at 6:00 PM. The official opening of the festivities will be on Saturday, July 1st, at 4:00 PM. A fireworks display will be held at 11:00 PM on Monday, July 3rd. There will be a discounted day on all attractions on Tuesday, July 4th.

The walking club "Les Sabots de Godefroy" is organizing the "Marche des Croisés" (Crusaders' Walk) starting from the "La Caïolire" hall in Noirefontaine (Bouillon). Three mainly forested routes are offered to walkers: 6 km, 12 km, or 21 km. Departures are scheduled between 07:00 and 15:00 for the two shorter distances and between 07:00 and 12:00 for the longest route.

The "Royal Syndicat d’Initiative de Bouillon" (Royal Tourist Information Office of Bouillon) in association with the "Harmonie L'Union Bouillonnaise" (Bouillon Union Harmony) organizes the "Musicales de Bouillon" (Musical Evenings of Bouillon).

Several concerts are scheduled for these three evenings

During the Musicales de Bouillon, at 10:15 PM, a fireworks display will be launched from the Bouillon Castle, and it will be visible from everywhere in the city.

For millennia, the Semois River has carved the valleys; for centuries, the trails have been created, and for years, the most beautiful passages have been selected and the different courses evolved. The Grand Raid VTT Godefroy welcomes you to Bouillon on the second weekend of September!

The Gourmet Walk begins with breakfast in the Godefroid room of the Bouillon Castle and then takes you on a roughly 10 km stroll to discover magnificent viewpoints.

At the start, you will receive the day's program.

Several gourmet stops are spread throughout the route.

During two days, a large market featuring game, seasonal, and hunting products will be held in the city center of Bouillon.

All the fauna of the Ardennes will be present at the butcher stalls.
